How your device reaches us
There are three ways: register and bring the device to the Vilnius branch at Žemaitės g. 24, arrange for us to collect it from your location, or – if you live in another city – send it by courier. In every case, contact us first: describe the device and the fault, and we will suggest the most convenient option.
We work in Vilnius and the Vilnius district, including Skaidiškės, Rudamina and the surrounding areas.

Pick-up from your location
In Vilnius we collect the device for €20. Outside Vilnius – €20 + €0.60 per kilometre.

For repair and buyback you send the device by courier – shipping is agreed in advance.
