Rules
The rules below apply to scooter repair orders based on the information on this page.
Basic conditions
- If the work is refused, a diagnostic fee of €35.00 is applied.
- The customer is responsible for maintaining the battery charge, so it is recommended to collect the device as soon as possible.
- After the repair, the first 7 days of storage are free.
- After 7 days, a €5 fee is charged for each day overdue.
- For a month or more, a fee of €45.00 per month applies.
- The transportation service costs €12 one way.
- For urgent scooter repairs, twice the service rates apply.
- If the repaired scooter is not collected within 3 months, the right to dispose of it is indicated.
